The molecule your
cells run on.

NAD+ is one of the most important molecules in human biology, and one of the few that measurably declines with age. Here’s the honest science: what’s proven in humans, what’s promising, and what we won’t claim.

1. What NAD+ is

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every living cell. It powers the conversion of food into cellular energy, supports DNA maintenance, and regulates the sirtuins involved in healthy aging. Without it, cells can’t make energy. It is, quite literally, the currency of cellular life.

2. It declines with age

Tissue NAD+ falls substantially across the lifespan, by some measures roughly halving between young adulthood and middle age. That decline tracks with the drop in cellular energy and resilience we feel over time. (Schultz & Sinclair, Cell Metabolism, 2016.)

3. NMN is the precursor that refills it

Your body makes NAD+ primarily through the “salvage pathway,” and NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) sits one step away from NAD+ in that pathway. Supplementing NMN gives the body more raw material to maintain healthy NAD+ levels. Multiple human trials show oral NMN raises blood NAD+ in a dose-dependent way.

5. What we claim, and what we don’t

What we say (supported in humans)

  • Supports healthy NAD+ levels
  • Supports cellular energy production
  • Supports recovery, focus, and everyday performance
  • Supports healthy aging

What we will never say

  • “Reverses aging” · “extends lifespan” · “prevents disease”
  • “Repairs DNA damage” · “anti-aging”
  • A specific absorption % we can’t prove in humans
  • Mouse-study results as if they apply to people

Our honesty policy: most of the wild longevity claims you see online come from mouse studies. We only tell you what holds up in humans, and we’ll update this page as the science does. That’s the deal.

6. Why liposomal

NMN is fragile in the digestive tract. A liposomal delivery system encapsulates it in a phospholipid shell, the same kind of membrane your cells are made of, engineered to protect more of the active on its way through. We chose the format because the molecule deserves a delivery system as serious as the dose.

We deliberately do not publish a specific “absorption %.” No head-to-head human pharmacokinetic study yet proves a number for liquid vs. capsule NMN. We’d rather be the brand that doesn’t make it up.

Common questions

What exactly is NMN, and what does it do?

NMN is the direct precursor to NAD+, the coenzyme your cells use for energy, repair, and metabolism. NAD+ declines with age; NMN supports healthy NAD+ levels.

Why a liquid pouch instead of a pill?

A liposomal shell is built to protect the NMN through digestion, and a single tear-and-sip pouch removes the friction that makes people quit capsules. 600 mg, one pouch, done.

When will I feel it?

Many people notice steadier energy and focus in the first week. NAD+ support builds with daily use over the first month. It’s a daily input, not a one-time hit.

Is it third-party tested?

Every batch is tested by an independent lab for purity and potency. Made in the USA in a cGMP facility. COA available on request.

The research behind every pouch

We lead with citations, not endorsements. Here's the peer-reviewed science behind NMN, why liposomal delivery matters, and exactly where the evidence is strong, and where it isn't.

The molecule

Why NAD⁺, and why NMN

NAD⁺ is a coenzyme your cells rely on in more than 500 reactions, from producing energy to repairing DNA and activating the sirtuin enzymes tied to healthy aging (Covarrubias et al., Nat. Rev. Mol. Cell Biol. 2021). The problem: by middle age, NAD⁺ has fallen to roughly half of youthful levels (Schultz & Sinclair, Cell Metabolism 2016). NMN sits one enzymatic step before NAD⁺ in the salvage pathway, the closest precursor short of NAD⁺ itself, and it's the form studied in 8 human trials.

The delivery

How liposomal delivery protects the dose

Most of an oral NMN dose is broken down by stomach acid and converted in the gut and liver before it ever reaches your cells (Liu et al., Cell Metabolism 2018). A phospholipid (liposomal) layer is engineered to shield the NMN through digestion. Animal studies of liposomal NMN show higher tissue NAD⁺ than standard NMN, and human trials of liposomal delivery in other nutrients show improved absorption. Neither is a trial of this formula, so we do not put a percentage on it. Same molecule, better-protected delivery.

600 mg outperformed lower and higher doses on six-minute walk distance.Yi et al., GeroScience, 2023

Design: 80 adults (~49 yrs), 300 / 600 / 900 mg daily for 60 days, randomized.

Why it matters: A clear dose-response, with 600 mg the sweet spot. It's exactly why we dose 600 mg, not the marketing 1,000+.

Aerobic threshold rose dose-dependently in amateur runners.Liao et al., J. Int. Soc. Sports Nutrition, 2021

Design: 48 runners, 300 / 600 / 1,200 mg for 6 weeks. (No change in VO₂max; the gain was in trainable threshold.)

Why it matters: Performance you can train against, not a vanity number.

The honest line

What's proven, and what isn't (yet)

We'd rather be the most honest brand in the category than the loudest. Here's the line we hold:

● Replicated in humans

  • Raises blood NAD⁺
  • Supports physical function (gait, grip, endurance)
  • Well-tolerated at studied doses

◐ Promising / early

  • Sleep quality
  • Metabolic markers
  • Markers of inflammation

○ Not established, and we don't claim it

  • Extending lifespan
  • Treating or preventing disease
  • Reversing cognitive decline

The standard

On purity

In a 2021 analysis published by ChromaDex (a manufacturer of a competing NAD⁺ precursor, so read it with that in mind), 64% of tested NMN products contained less than 1% of their labeled NMN, and 14% contained none at all. That's why we third-party test every batch: the dose on the label is the dose in the pouch.
